I am a human-centered researcher and designer with a multi-disciplinary background in industrial design, service design, and sustainability. With a passion for design research methodology and information communication, I bring expertise in systems thinking, strategic planning, human experiences mapping, and creative facilitation. I am committed to translating research findings into actionable insights and meaningful experiences through co-creating innovative and sustainable solutions.

Plan and lead multi-disciplinary projects within a variety of industries. Develop proposals and research protocols. Scope and conduct qualitative and quantitative research. Responsible for strategic planning and executing of design research and methods, story development, media production, facilitating public workshops, producing materials in support of relationship management with concentration on design thinking role in social innovation in organizations and communities.

Facilitator & Researcher | SCAD & frog design | Savannah, GA | January – March 2013
Facilitation of A 10-week pilot social innovation program for youth empowerment- conducted in collaboration with the SCAD Design for Sustainability program and frog design. Workshops included sessions lead by facilitators with the students, covering design thinking methods, identify community issues, framing and reframing to change for the better, value proposition from intangible findings and rapid concept development to propose implementable solutions. The in-class activities included dialogue, reflection, ongoing documentation, and creating a presentation for frog’s senior creative leadership, explaining how frog could improve their open-source tools for community engagement.
